BUYING AND SELLING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These are the Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Sale between Carmesim Bowtie, headquartered at Rua Poço dos Negros 59, Lisboa, hereinafter simply referred to as CBT, and the customer of Carmesim Bowtie, qualified at the time of purchase of our products, hereafter referred to as Client.

 Whereas Carmesim Bowtie performs the sale of goods and services via the Internet, specifically on their ecommerce website; and considering the Customer interest in purchasing the products offered by CBT in its sales channels; this contract aims to establish the general conditions of use and purchase of products and website customer services of CBT.

 I. CONFIDENTIALITY:

 It is the responsibility of CBT preserving the confidentiality of all data and information provided by you in the buying process.

 

II. CUSTOMER SERVICE (SAC):

 The customer has the SAC at their disposal, to answer any questions, and address any requests or complaints regarding their request. You can contact the SAC by phone or by email.

 IV. DELIVERY POLICY:

The approximated time for delivery of our products can be found at shipping / delivery time, counted in days. Deliveries of products are held Monday to Friday from 8 am to 7 pm.

IV.I – After 3 hours of the completing the purchase the form of payment and / or shipping address cannot be changed.

IV.II – Delivery time mentioned in the product takes into account the stock, the region, the process of invoice, and the product shipping time.

IV.III – The product shipment value is calculated based on the place of delivery, weight and dimensions of the product.

IV.IV – - CBT is not responsible for the retention of goods at the Border Service when it is exclusively due to customer disputes, and their attendance at the service is required. Given that, information relating to releases and payments are only passed on to stakeholders.

 

V. RETURN POLICY:

 CBT has a return policy, as we want all our customers to be satisfied with their purchases, whether made online or offline. If you are dissatisfied with any product you ordered, we will exchange it for another of your choice, as long as within 21 working days after receiving the product you ordered, you return us the hat(s) with the indication of order number. If the product is in perfect condition you will be entitled to a credit in the same value of the hat for a new purchase. You should send the product you want to return to our address: Rua poço dos Negros 59, 1200-366 Lisboa. Portugal. The costs associated with the return are paid by the client.

 V.I – The Customer shall request the return through the Customer Service (SAC). The costs associated with returning the product will be charged to the Customer.

 V.II – After the arrival of the product to our store, CBT will verify that the conditions mentioned above are met. If so, CBT will provide a credit equal to the value so you can replace it with another product.

 V.III – Purchases made in December (Christmas) can be exchanged until January 15th of the following year.
